As a Product Manager - Digital Onboarding within IBG Digital

you will drive the development and implementation of innovative digital onboarding solutions for our diverse corporate banking customers across SME, MidCap, and Large Corporate segments. This role is pivotal in shaping our digital channels strategy regionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Product Management
  • Own and execute the digital onboarding roadmap, ensuring solutions meet the evolving needs of customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., Business, Compliance, Legal, Fraud, Risk).
  • Partner with users and cross-functional teams to gather, refine, and translate user requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Develop comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams to facilitate clear communication and alignment across business, design, and technology teams.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX design teams to drive the development of wireframes and prototypes, illustrating new features, journeys, or enhancements.
  • Drive regional alignment of solutions across markets, strategically adapting for market-specific nuances.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise updates to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in digital product management.
  • Champion innovation with a growth mindset, proactively identifying and recommending solutions leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Agentic AI).
  • Risk Management: Ensure all aspects of the digital onboarding journey comply with regulatory requirements, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
  • Actively monitor and analyze emerging fraud threats, including AI-generated synthetic identities, deepfake-based liveness bypass, and document forgery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including financial crime specialists, technology, and data analysts, to deliver innovative and effective fraud mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing and back-testing data to optimize fraud detection models and workflows.
  • Integrate fraud prevention efforts into the overall product strategy, balancing security with customer acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
  • Provide secretariat support to governance and risk committees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of work experience including 3-5 years in product management and 3 years specializing in digital products within FinTech, banking, or regulatory sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital onboarding, KYC, or identity verification flows, with a strong focus on designing intuitive customer journeys and propositions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to leverage customer insights and system data for data-driven decision-making
  • Good understanding of digital banking platforms, technologies, and customer experience best practices
  • Familiarity with corporate KYC/AML regulatory requirements is an asset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, drive project delivery, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
