AVP, Digital Sales Team Mgr - Unsecured Loans, Consumer Banking Group
Responsibilities
Manage a team of 10-12 Telesales officers to achieve individual as well as team sales targets on unsecured loans in line with business objectives. Work with Acquisition Lead to achieve individual as well as team sales targets. Lead and coach the team of Telesales officers to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive team performance. Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure continuous development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support the overall business objectives. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
Experienced in a sales management or team leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the unsecured loans market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to effectively lead and motivate a team. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience. Proficient in the use of relevant sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technologies.
