A Day in the Life

We’ve got a rare opportunity for an experienced Audio Producer & Sound Designer to join the team behind one of Sydney’s most-loved breakfast shows.
If you’re the type who hears a segment and instantly thinks “I’d have taken that to the next level” - this one’s for you.
As our go-to audio creative, sonic storyteller, and all-round production wizard, you’ll play a key role in shaping the sound of Nath & Emma. From building punchy show openers and crafting memorable benchmarks, to producing laugh-out-loud sketches, standout promos, and capturing the magic (and mayhem) of live moments - your work will help bring every second of the show to life.
You’ll be helping Sydney start its day informed, entertained, and laughing - while making listeners think, “who made that?!”
This isn’t just a job - it’s your chance to define the sonic identity of a leading breakfast show and bring fresh, creative energy to air every single day.

What You’ll Need

• Strong proficiency across audio production software, including ProTools, Adobe Audition, and other relevant platforms
• Solid understanding of the audio/media landscape and the commercial realities of the market
• Hands-on experience with broadcast and on-air systems such as Zetta, VoxPro, and studio panel operation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on delivery and quality output
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A sound understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes.
