Associate Marketing Manager, HOKA Community
This role is to support Community Marketing, HOKA to build up and establish HOKA’s running community in China. By running daily running grassroots, seeding by sponsoring qualified running races, joining expos in races to raise brand awareness and preference in runners.
60% Community Building & Management — Centered on Elevated Achiever Program Execution: Develop and implement grassroots running programs across 4 key cities based on seasonal marketing plans and local trends.
Daily Operations: Assist in managing agency partners, oversee budget planning, production of materials, on-site execution, and runner word-of-mouth (WOM) management.
Content & Engagement: Operate HOKA running groups by sharing professional knowledge and social content; collect real-time feedback from the community.
Partnerships: Explore co-branding and cross-industry collaboration opportunities to expand the runner base and deliver fresh experiences.
Partner Support: Provide support for partners' grassroots running activities, including auditing proposals against brand standards, and offering material support or professional running guidance.
Corporate Culture: Support internal running culture and foster a positive athletic atmosphere within the company.
40% Deep Engagement: Build long-term, stable relationships with users through deep interaction across community channels.
Content Co-creation: Identify authentic runner stories and lifestyles to create original brand content and encourage User-Generated Content (UGC).
Loyalty & Influence: Drive community loyalty and accumulate core user resources to amplify brand influence.
