主な業務内容：

• マーケティングディレクターおよびチームの事務サポート
• POSデータの週次・月次管理、FTR・販促関連データの更新
• 購買申請書（PO）の作成・管理
• 荷物の発送・受取（FedEx、ヤマト、郵便局）
• 消費者キャンペーンや年賀状発送のサポート
• 会議室の設営（必要時）
• カタログ・パンフレット・トレード向け資料の作成支援
• SharePointや共有フォルダへのデータ保存
• 年次予算会議用のカテゴリーデータまとめ、在庫・価格・流通・予測比較データの管理

応募資格

必須スキル・経験：

• Excelを用いた大量データの集計・分析経験（ピボットテーブル、IF関数、XLOOKUP、簡単なマクロなど）
• Word・PowerPointの基本操作スキル
• 英語の読み書き（社内文書・メール対応レベル）

歓迎スキル・経験：

• 類似職種での経験
• 注文処理・管理の経験
• 部門横断的なチームとの協働経験
