Kroll Agency and Trustee Services Ltd (KATS), provides conflict-free, flexible,
and highly efficient administrative and trustee services to the global loan and
bond markets. As a leading independent service provider, we specialize in the
administration of privately placed notes, restructuring situations, syndicated,
bi-lateral and private credit transactions. Our team of industry leading experts
coupled with our high touch service, speed of execution and 24/7 responsiveness

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up new bond and loan transactions
  • Operate and manage initial drawdown of loan facilities
  • Operate and manage loan rollovers and other scheduled deal activities
  • Execute ad‑hoc and unscheduled payments of principal, interest and coupons
  • Perform security‑related duties and client reporting
  • Liaise with clients and service providers
  • Support other ad‑hoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant post‑graduation professional experience in finance,
    banking or related transactional roles.
  • Experience in corporate, commercial, debt financing or analytical corporate
    finance work across financial institutions, NBFIs, corporates or private
    practice.
  • Working knowledge of APLMA/public debt finance documentation, due diligence
    processes and general AML requirements.
  • Proactive mindset, strong initiative and a dedicated team player.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills advantageous
  • Familiarity with Loan IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv and/or WSO advantageous
