Index Exchange is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our Sydney team. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of our agency and brand marketer partners throughout Australia for major holding companies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and deliverables are provided promptly
  • Support account managers in collecting and analyzing data to identify key insights to help drive solutions for clients through a data-centric approach
  • Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and updating internal systems with accurate and up-to-date account information
 
What we’re looking for:
  • Efficient: Your key focus is to provide essential operational support for smooth account management. This role involves assisting with day-to-day account operations and working closely with account managers to drive seamless execution while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborative: To support our agency accounts, you will work cross-functionally with account management, sales, analytics, technical, and publisher account teams to become a subject matter expert on the Index Platform in an effort to drive the performance and growth of our partners.
  • Communicative: You will be working on a number of clients and be expected to facilitate internal communication between account managers and other Index Exchange teams to ensure deliverables stay on track and meet deadlines.
Here's what you need:
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital media; client-facing experience
  • Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and polish
  • Ability to work in both collaborative and independent settings, while remaining responsible, enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs is a requirement for the role. Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau and/or similar analytical tools is considered an asset
