• Strategy Formulation & Execution: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans for the Douyin platform based on the company's overall market strategy and oversee their implementation
• Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and execute marketing activities, challenge campaigns, live streaming events, etc., on the Douyin platform to boost user participation and brand awareness
• Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor Douyin platform trends and competitors' operational strategies, providing valuable market insights and improvement suggestions
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Team to ensure marketing activities align with overall business objectives
• Data Analysis & Optimization: Co-work with TP to monitor and analyze various Douyin metrics (e.g., views, likes, comments, shares, follower growth, conversion rates), regularly generate data reports, and optimize content strategies and campaign performance based on data insights
• Influencer Collaboration & KOL/KOC Marketing: Identify and engage with Douyin influencers (KOLs/KOCs) aligned with the brand's tone, plan and execute collaboration campaigns, and evaluate their effectiveness
• Work closely with Regional Trade marketing on all regional initiatives, monitor activation execution and finding learnings and insight to improve
• Manage A&P cost spending and effectively allocate resources
