Join Mirvac’s Retail team as an Assistant Marketing Manager

and play a key role in shaping the experience of one of our premium retail destinations, Birkenhead Point. This is a 12-month contract opportunity created through an internal secondment, offering exposure to high-impact projects and career growth within a leading Australian property group.

The Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you’ll support the Marketing Manager to deliver a vibrant, customer-led retail experience that drives visitation, engagement and asset performance. From exciting activations to strategic partnerships, you’ll help bring our places to life for customers, retailers and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative campaigns, events and activations that drive traffic and engagement
  • Support development and execution of the centre’s annual marketing plan
  • Manage digital channels including social, website and email marketing
  • Build local partnerships and identify commercial opportunities
  • Coordinate visual merchandising, signage and brand presentation
  • Assist with marketing budget management, reporting and ROI analysis
  • Champion customer experience across all touchpoints and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to deliver a cohesive precinct experience

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role (retail/property experience highly regarded)
  • Experience delivering campaigns, activations or events
  • Strong digital marketing capability (social, EDMs, web)
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in partnerships and revenue opportunities
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Creative, proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
