Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the design, development and hands-on delivery of Copilot Studio agents, Power Platform solutions and AI-powered automations across corporate functions.
- Enforce AI and automation governance standards, ensuring deployed solutions comply with CLI's data privacy, security and responsible AI policies.
- Lead and support testing, deployment, user acceptance and rollout activities for AI and automation solutions across corporate teams.
- Enable and coach business users to build their own low-code / no-code AI solutions through the Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Coordinate delivery activities with stakeholders across business units, and liaise with external vendors and technology partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Support AI adoption and enablement activities, including the development of enablement materials, guides and self-service resources.
- Monitor performance of deployed AI solutions and automations, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.
- Assist in the migration and rationalisation of legacy automation tools (e.g. UiPath RPA) to modern AI-native platforms.
- Support the rollout of AI use cases across corporate functions, tracking progress and escalating blockers appropriately.
- Maintain documentation of solution configurations, integration points, AI prompts and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology delivery, automation or digital solutions, with at least 1–2 years hands-on with AI or low-code platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps or similar automation / low-code platforms.
- Good understanding of AI concepts and generative AI applications, with practical experience developing or deploying AI agents or automations.
- Experience with AI governance, testing practices and responsible AI deployment in an enterprise context is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of software integration concepts (APIs, webhooks, data flows) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, able to work effectively across business and technology stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong delivery discipline; comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum or similar) is a plus.
- Awareness of data privacy (PDPA) and cybersecurity standards relevant to enterprise AI and automation.
