MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop Haagen-Dazs Food Service Channel marketing strategies and quarterly communication programs to achieve business/marketing objectives.
- Lead internal state holders to develop Food Service new assortment project based on the sensibility of market/consumer trend and business opportunity.
- Build continuous awareness, visibility of Haagen-Dazs brand innovation and expand occasion through develop brand co-op activities and events.
- Work closely with the internal cross-function teams, external state holders and lead multiple external agencies for business objective, campaign development and program execution excellence.
- Monitor related market/competitor/consumer trend, analysis to help brand manager to develop brand strategies and campaigns.
- Routine management including A&P spending.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of experience: At least 3 years relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/F&B industry, with advertising agency background would be a plus.
- Experience of leading multiple agencies at the same time to achieve one goal.
- Solid project management experience and ability to handle multitask with high sense of urgency to achieve each project timeline accurately.
- Ability to work with tight schedule and used to high working pace and high pressure with high flexibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal functions and external parties.
- Positive thinking with strong growth mindset, action attitude and open-minded for the team work.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

DESCRIPTION 2:
POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the management of the Häagen-Dazs brand within the context of Korea strategies as well as for maximizing the long term profitability of the Brand.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Marketing Director in Korea, the incumbent will assume the following set of key responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and developing a brand that grows sales, builds royal customers.
- Translates Business objectives into Brand Campaign.
- Prepares brand /Marketing plans to build a sustainable advantage.
- Proactively supports innovation and prioritizes ideas.
- Engage in all aspects of Marketing planning.
- Propose and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business goals.
- Identify new ways to build brands and marketing vehicles to synergy between brands.
- Constantly monitors performance of managed brands.
- Ensures effective administration of brands/products through marketing proposals.
- Identifies new business opportunities and proposes initial plan to exploit these opportunities.
- Liaises with internal departments and external partners to ensure full communication and success of marketing plans.
- Monitors expenditure within budget for brand and marketing activities.
- Track and analyzes brand performance and trends.
- Perform consumer research to drive innovative solutions.
- Integrate consumer data and market trends to drive Brand Campaign.
- Anticipate consumer needs to develop brand strategy and future strategic initiatives.
- Leverages knowledge of consumer targeting to develop integrated promotion plans.
- Apply business and financial knowledge to Marketing management to achieve business goals.
- Support trade decision and improve profitability.
- Propose pricing strategies across portfolio to achieve maximum Brand Profitability.
- Apply marketing strategies to ensure right mix, innovation and effective resource allocation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- English speaking skills is a must.
- Graduate or master's degree in Univ.
- 5+ years of related work experience in Marketing function. Candidate in FMCG industry preferred.
- PR handling experience is preferred.
- Strategic marketer with solid consumer understanding and strong business skills who can create strategic direction for the category.
