About The Role

Cartology is looking to further expand its agency sales team with the appointment of an Account Manager. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets as set by your Group Sales Manager across a designated agency and client portfolio.

In this role you will be in the market on a regular and consistent basis presenting our proposition and offering to your agencies. You will build relationships with key stakeholders at agencies and be seen as the ROOH trusted advisor.  The expected meeting level requirement is 5+ per week. In addition you will provide weekly forecasts by month for the current quarter. As part of a team of experts, you will know and understand your patch as if it’s second nature.

What you’ll do

  • Monthly and Quarterly sales targets as set out by your Group Sales Manager to ensure you are achieving and exceeding revenue goals
  • Ensure your agency portfolio is consistently up to date on the Cartology offering in market and that through weekly meetings you continue to create revenue demand through pipeline creation leading to revenue conversion
  • Weekly forecasting across the quarter, ensuring that when any gaps are identified that you have a clear and specific gap plan in place to address any revenue shortfalls
  • Ensure that all briefs are responded to in a timely manner and that you are assessing share elements on all briefs through utilisation of Move and Customer Reach (Everyday Rewards Data) to drive increased share as a result
  • Building and developing strong agency relationships across your agency portfolio
  • Providing market feedback to your Group Sales Manager to ensure we can act at speed to support any agency objections
  • Ensure that your agency portfolio has quarterly business plans in place to drive specific focus and also that each agency has a full and comprehensive agency engagement plan

What you’ll bring:

  • Good understanding of advertising and media sales together with knowledge of the data space as well as some foundational knowledge of the programmatic sector (pDOOH)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering revenue results
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how performance metrics link to commercial business results
  • Superb presentation, interaction, and communication skills
  • Energised by an entrepreneurial environment
  • Not afraid to do things themselves to get things done
  • Proactive and has a pioneering spirit
