What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Advertising Executive reporting to the Advertising Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving new business- and nurturing valuable relationships within the Kalgoorlie community. You'll be responsible for creating and executing targeted advertising strategies, crafting compelling proposals, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Your mission will be to deliver solutions that help our clients succeed, all while contributing to the growth and profitability of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs to create tailored advertising strategies.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing clients.
- Create high-quality advertising sales proposals and strategies that align with clients’ goals.
- Confidently present proposals to clients and provide expert advice on advertising solutions.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales support, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Contribute ideas for innovative advertising strategies to help grow the business.
- Identify and manage risks related to business and revenue growth.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles (retail or hospitality experience is a bonus!).
- A genuine passion for working with clients and helping them achieve optimal returns on their investments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Solid computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
- A valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport.
