Advertising Coordinator
We are looking for a full time or part time administrator to join our sales team.
Working within a small team you can play a crucial part in our day-to-day world of classifieds and general newspaper advertising where no two days are the same!
This role is best suited to someone with strong experience performing multiple tasks and prioritising workload to meet strict daily deadlines.
About the role –duties include but not limited to;
- Editing and correcting content submitted by clients and the general public
- Submitting clear instruction to graphic designers
- Coordinating and chasing missing copy to prevent production and printing delays,
- Checking, correcting and preparing death and funeral notices for publication
- Internal and external correspondence, handling phone and email enquiries and bookings in a professional manner
About You
- A high level of attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn,
- Strong written and verbal communication, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Strong team player and is highly motivated
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint and Excel,
