Administrator, Data Management Office (12-month Agency Contract)
Job Responsibilities
Track project schedules, resources, and basic budgets
Support hiring, vendor coordination, and contract administration
Organize and maintain SharePoint and Teams environments
Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and action tracking
Support documentation (SOPs, FAQs, manuals)
Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with Copilot Studio–based internal support tools (training provided)
Job Requirements
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies or banking/FI or its equivalent.
Min. 3 years of work experience
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
SharePoint / Microsoft Teams experience
Familiarity with project or task management tools
Copilot Studio or other Gen AI tools experience
Able to work independently and under pressure.
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented and reliable in operational tasks
