Administrative Assistant - Sales & Marketing
Working alongside our wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant - Sales & Marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the division, providing crucial secretarial and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, type, and proofread correspondence, memorandums, reports, and forms including confidential materials for the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales, and other team members as directed.
- Take, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Receive and screen office visitors and callers; manage schedules and set up appointments. Answer calls, arrange appointments for superiors, and issue appointment reminders.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence: receive, open, sort, log, and route mail, highlighting urgent items requiring immediate attention.
- Initiate requisitions for office supplies and promotional materials for managerial approval.
- Monitor and control stationery inventory; manage the handling and maintenance of office supplies and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and organization of personal and superior’s office areas.
- Coordinate the marketing plan process, including collecting information from relevant departments and consolidating the plan for distribution.
- Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, computer skills, high attention to detail.
