Account Manager - Content and Influencer Marketing

Join our team as Account Manager at Squad where you'll be the go-to person for our clients' content and influencer marketing needs. You'll handle everything from ongoing campaigns for long-term clients to one-off projects, working closely with our creative team. Your job is to understand what clients want, plan effective campaigns, and make sure they're executed smoothly. You'll also keep an eye on how well these campaigns are performing and look for ways to grow our business. Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to juggle multiple projects are crucial for this role.

Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:

  • Serve as the primary contact for key retainer clients, focusing on achieving KPIs, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Oversee post-sale campaign management, collaborating with Campaign Executives, designers, and paid media specialists to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support the Client Partnerships Lead with client pitches and project-based campaigns, ensuring a seamless transition between pre-sale and post-sale phases.
  • Drive incremental revenue from existing clients, highlighting opportunities with SQUAD and aiding in client retention.
  • Manage ongoing budget planning and investment for each campaign, and coordinate with creative teams to execute content production effectively
