Channel 7 Telethon sets a new record raising $83.3 million in 2024
Western Australians have rallied in big numbers to support Channel 7 Telethon in 2024, with their generosity and kindness helping to raise a record $83,264,216 for sick children.
The theme for 2024, Incredible Together, perfectly captured the essence of the entire WA community coming together for a shared purpose, making the 57th Telethon Weekend one of the biggest ever.
Broadcast on Channel 7 in WA and streamed across 7plus nationally, the 26-hour live event at RAC Arena raised funds for the mission of creating a better and brighter future for WA kids. Incredible Together pays tribute to the everyday heroes who contribute to Telethon’s success. From the doctors, nurses, and researchers tirelessly working to improve children’s health, to the courageous families who inspire us, from the corporate donations received from the business sector, and most importantly the generous community members who give what they can – every single person plays a vital role in Telethon’s success.

Our Values
Seven is Australia’s leading total TV network and we are accelerating our digital future through the growth of 7plus. We are innovative and our commitment to inclusive environment, demonstrated by our WGEA Employer of Choice citation.
Three core values act as guiding principles in our day-to-day work and help us achieve our strategic objectives.
Be Brave
Speak up
What got us here won’t always get us there. We must be brave and think outside the box in order to find the big ideas – the genuine game-changers that are key to growing in an ever-changing landscape. We foster an environment where it’s safe to challenge the status quo. Everyone has a voice and a belief: make sure you share yours.
Better Together
Join forces
Every role plays a crucial part in our own and shared success. Like all great teams, we build on each other’s ideas and support each other in everything we do. Together we learn from our mistakes and share our wins. Respect, mutual acknowledgement and no finger pointing: we are in this together and all the better for it.
Make it happen
Be the solution
We don’t wait for someone else to provide a solution. We take the initiative, we drive it and we own it. We are empowered to look for ways to be better, faster and smarter so that together, we can deliver a better outcome for our people, our clients, our partners and our audiences.
