Recruitment Process

1. Your Adventure Begins
The first person you speak to will be a member of our QMS People and Culture team. In this initial conversation, you will learn more about the role, get some insight into the QMS culture and ask any burning questions. Our team will find out a bit more about you, what motivates you, what excites you about the opportunity and assess your skills based on the role requirements. This is also the perfect time to chat through any accessibility requirements to ensure you are set up for success in the recruitment process.

2. Navigating the Trail
In the interview stage, you’ll meet with your Hiring Manager, either in person or virtually, to discuss your skills and experience and how they apply to the role. They will look to understand your motivations for joining, career aspirations and whether the values you have – and the culture you are looking for – align with those of QMS. Depending on the role seniority, you may also be asked to attend a second interview with the department head or executive department head.

3. Mapping the Route
For some roles, there may be a written task, assessment, or presentation to help us understand your technical capability and potential.

4. The Finish Line
If we’ve decided that our next journey is one we take together, our team will be in touch to conduct references, arrange an offer of employment and officially unlock your QMS adventure!
