At NOVA Entertainment, we believe in ability. Over the past 11 years we have had the privilege of hiring a number of employees in various roles through the Australian Federal Government job support program, IncludeAbility.

SKILLED REFUGEE PROGRAM

As part of our commitment to diversifying our employee base we have partnered with Talent Beyond Boundaries to become a part of the Skilled Refugee program. Via this program we will be connected with Afghani female refugees to begin work with us and address our areas of skills shortage.
