Overview
We are an 100% Australian-owned independent media agency and fiercely proud of it. We work with some of Australia’s largest brands and have a national footprint across Sydney, Melbourne, Darwin and Brisbane.
Our core service is planning and buying media that performs against business growth objectives.
The agency was born as a data-led performance agency, meaning data, technology, measurement, transparency and accountability are at the heart of everything we do. This ethos has remained ingrained in our DNA as we have grown into a full-service media agency.
We champion a new agency approach by bringing marketing technology and data media with a focus on ROI. Our independence allows us to deliver above and beyond, constantly exceeding expectations. It allows us to build solutions in an agile and economical way.
Our mission is to deliver the smartest people with the strongest point of view. All planning, buying and reporting services are backed with customer understanding born from statistics to provide an undeniable evidence-based approach. We remove the guesswork to deliver certainty to media buying.
Culture
At Atomic 212° we innovate, collaborate and inspire. As a team, we act with bravery, we own it, we make it happen and we show respect to one another. We champion diversity and build groundbreaking solutions, together.
We’ve built a vibrant, successful agency culture, with 150 people across four offices. In the past year, we’ve won more clients than ever, hired more new staff, established a diverse leadership team, championed young talent and supported professional growth.
Innovation
In cementing our Smarter, Faster, Accountable Media proposition and Predictive Media Modelling product, we’re setting the benchmark for media accountability. We supplemented this with our “How to Do Effective Media” book, to help provide marketers with a framework to understand how marketing theory and media science applies to their business.
Diversity & Inclusion
Our National Head of Strategy, Asier Carazo represents Atomic 212° as a member of the MFA DEI Advisory Group.
Throughout the year, we celebrate cultural touchpoints that reflect the diversity within the agency: LGBTQI+, Neurodiversity, NAIDOC, Worksafe Wellness and beyond. To complement these initiatives, our teams have the freedom to work globally or from remote locations.
We believe true flexibility goes beyond a policy. We support our employees whatever their situation and requirements as parents, carers, students and travellers in their working lives.
Charitable Initiatives
We launched a First Nations Scholarship Program with Charles Darwin University, funding placements for students in nursing and media services.
Staff take place in a variety of community charity events such as Zambrebro’s Annual Plate 4 Plate Day Meal Packaging Event. On Plate4Plate day, volunteers pack 430,000 meals that are shipped directly to those who need it most.
In 2023, the agency rallied to support one of our own, Emma Macey, when her daughter was struck with a crippling condition called CRPS. The team helped to put together a media plan that raised over $280K, with massive coverage including Today, ACA and ARN.
