Business Overview
The Marketing Division leads the brand, creative, marketing, and membership initiatives across the Rakuten Group, which offers over 70 services. Our mission is to enhance membership value and expand the ecosystem of the Rakuten Group.
Department Overview
Membership Department promotes the use of Rakuten's ecosystem through various cross-departmental campaigns and content. This includes initiatives like 'Mama Wari' for users with children and 'Rakuten Gakuwari' for those aged 15 to 25. UI/UX Group belonging Cross Function Section consists of members responsible for the web production areas that serve as the output for various services. They handle a wide range of tasks, including benefits, campaigns, and content.

Position Details
You will be the main person responsible for web direction and operations for membership services and campaigns targeting specific segments. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and improving regular projects, portal sites, and email newsletters
- Planning and improving spot projects
- Providing instructions and direction to production companies
- Measuring effectiveness, such as traffic analysis, and reporting
You will collaborate with planners within the same L2 organization and with representatives from other businesses to maximize effectiveness. This role offers an environment where you can leverage your ideas to provide value to users and promote the use of Rakuten's services and ecosystem. By utilizing Rakuten's assets and various tools, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and enhance your skills.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in creating wireframes, defining requirements, web direction, and production progress management
- Experience in requesting and checking production using banner sheets, coding sheets, etc.
- Strong communication skills to act as the central point of contact for stakeholders
Desired Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in design
- Experience in team management
- Experience in managing email newsletters
