Senior Officer, Talent Hub and Agency Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of agency marketing and promotional activities
  • Coordinate with vendors, media outlets, and internal teams for campaign execution
  • Manage social media accounts and digital content updates
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing activities
  • Support event organization and participation to enhance agency visibility
  • Ensure timely delivery of agency marketing materials and collateral
  • Maintain records of agency marketing activities and campaigns for future reference
  • Support the development and dissemination of Prime Blue recruitment materials
  • Assist in reconfiguring recruitment events and seminars to improve engagement
  • Contribute to targeted content strategies on media platforms
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
  • Help to promote Prime Blue initiatives and facilitate community-building activities among agents

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media management and content creation
  • Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, branding, and promotional activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail in content development and campaign execution
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support marketing initiatives proactively
