Overview
• Support platform leader to improve zero sugar brand IH and OOH penetration, and elevate brand power
• Grow OPKA business and enhance customer partnership
• Maintain beverage external PR image, support to manage& mitigate PR crisis
Responsibilities
- Support Pepsi Zero Sugar on-line digital & social key creative assets and below-the-line activations including Packaging/POSM design, on-ground program development, and bottler alignment.
- Drive ZS NPD Treats project landing, including online social campaign key creative development and offline experiential landing
- Lead Pepsi OPKA campaigns & activations, including key asset development, activation execution, and customer coordination.
- Coordinate beverage PR annual planning, PR activations and PR tracking & crisis management. Drive both internal coordination with different brands, and external agency execution
- Management AFH Music Arena social planning & monthly activations
- Support on critical business plan development: JBP, AOP, QPP
- Support on monthly business shipment/ Nielsen/ Kantar tracking
- Manage A&M budget and contracts to assure full alliance with financial control policies and executed accordingly to China region DOA
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaign timelines and deliverables
- Alibility to translate consumer insight to creative idea, and interpret creative briefs and contribute to brand-aligned content development
- Equipped with analytic skill with internal reporting dashboard and key implication to sum up in Excel and Power point
- Ability to coordinate across internal teams, external customers & external agencies with professionalism and clarity
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
