Marketing Manager, Research Amplification (APAC)

Morningstar is committed to empowering investor success. One way we accomplish this is by offering independent data, research, and world‑class products to the financial community. We believe that when the investor wins, we all win. As part of the Content and Platforms team, the Research Amplification Team is dedicated to connecting professional investors with Morningstar’s independent research. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in planning, activating, and optimizing content‑driven campaigns that expand the reach of Morningstar’s thematic research. This role focuses primarily on top‑of‑funnel (TOFU) awareness and engagement, ensuring our research, insights, and intellectual property gain strong visibility across global audiences. You will support cross‑functional teams in executing omnichannel campaigns—across email, digital, social, paid media, earned media, webinars, events, and sales enablement—to increase awareness of Morningstar’s independent research and drive high‑quality engagement at scale. This role is based in our Singapore office and will report to the Associate Director of Marketing. We follow a hybrid approach where employees are required to be in office four days a week.

  • Support the planning, delivery, and prioritization of APAC and global research marketing campaigns to meet awareness and engagement goals.
  • Work closely across global teams (research, comms, editorial, marketing and business development), and research amplification colleagues to promote and curate Morningstar’s research IP.
  • Execute TOFU omnichannel campaigns through digital web experiences, email, organic and paid social, videos, webinars, live events, and sales enablement channels.
  • Partner with research, creative, digital, and communications teams to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality campaign assets and executions.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and agility as priorities shift.
  • Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs to guide optimization and channel performance.
  • Coordinate with global marketing and research teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution across regions.
  • Support the ongoing management of upcoming research content to maintain alignment across campaigns and company priorities.
  • Share best practices with peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team.
  • Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and activation strategies to drive stronger TOFU impact.
  • Serve as the go-to expert for local content marketing trends and insights.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with working hours to accommodate collaboration across time zones when necessary.
  • Provide guidance on APAC-specific opportunities, ensuring campaigns resonate with regional audiences and align with global objectives.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience with an emphasis on content, brand, or demand generation.
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels (email, digital, social, paid, events).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • Creative, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem‑solving in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort presenting ideas to cross‑functional partners.
