Assistant Manager, Campaign Marketing and Sponsorship

Responsibilities:

This role is to support Senior Customer Campaign Manager in developing and implementing strategy to enhance customer experience, distributor professionalism, as well as identify business opportunities for incremental revenue.

Customer campaign

  • Initiate and develop customer campaigns both from corporate and channel perspective to improve customer satisfaction and drive business sales. The customer campaigns shall cover different line of business such as Health and Life PC SME business units.
  • Develop and implement customer activation programmes to generate leads and acquire new customers for different business units.

Customer contact programme

  • Develop and implement event-trigger cross-sell programme to boost business sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify business opportunities based on customer/policy cycle and life stage taking into consideration of customer value and market segmentation.
  • Manage partnership programmes for different business initiatives (e.g. Heath and Life PC SME).
  • Coordinate and support the production of marketing / promotion collaterals (e.g. leaflet roadshow collaterals and souvenir).
  • Monitor programme budget and expenses as well as programme results.

Event management

  • Champion and organise large and small-scale of sponsorship events or customer events to enhance AXAs brand preference, customer engagement as well as lead generation.

Sales tool enhancement

  • Work with various business units to develop sales tools based on protection gap analysis financial need analysis.
  • Work with distributor to develop infographics and case studies.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate or equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in planning and executing customer campaigns or customer activation promotions.
  • Broad knowledge of insurance industry or financial services.
  • Able to work independently tackle multi-projects simultaneously and able to work under stress.
  • Creative thinking, customer-centric, detail-minded and self-motivated.
  • Good data sense, strong analytical skills and business sense.
  • Strong communication skills with strong writing skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and is a good team player.
