We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function across the Group.
The Opportunity
This is a senior, Group-wide role with the opportunity to shape how multiple established and growing brands go to market.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll lead the development of marketing strategy and planning across the Mazzei Group, balancing the individual needs of each brand while identifying opportunities to leverage the scale, capability and insights of the broader Group.
Leading a small marketing team, you’ll have ownership across brand strategy, marketing planning, budgets, technology, performance and delivery. You’ll work closely with divisional leaders to understand their priorities, challenge thinking where needed and translate broader business objectives into clear, commercially focused marketing plans.
It’s a role suited to someone who enjoys setting the strategic direction while remaining closely involved in delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Develop and lead annual marketing plans across the Mazzei Group portfolio.
- Shape and protect the positioning, audience and voice of each individual brand.
- Lead, coach and develop the Group marketing team.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources across competing priorities.
- Own the Group’s marketing technology, CRM, automation and database strategy.
- Oversee agency and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and commercial value.
- Establish meaningful measures of marketing performance and provide clear insights to senior leadership.
- Use market, competitor and customer insights to identify opportunities and continually improve activity.
- Partner with leaders across the Group to ensure marketing supports both immediate priorities and longer-term business strategy.
About You
You’re an experienced marketing leader who can operate confidently across multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities.
You’ll bring a combination of strategic thinking and commercial pragmatism – comfortable developing the overarching plan, but equally comfortable getting close enough to the detail to ensure it is delivered to a high standard.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 5–7+ years’ marketing experience, with exposure to multiple brands or business units.
- Experience in B2B marketing within the property sector, or sectors that are property-adjacent.
- Experience developing marketing strategies, budgets and implementation plans.
- Demonstrated people leadership and the ability to build capability within a team.
- Strong knowledge of CRM, marketing automation and database management.
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence advising senior stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of quality or detail.
- A creative mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Exposure to high-net-worth audiences and/or government projects and tenders would be highly regarded.
