Overview
This position is designed to ensure the efficient and precise execution of product launches (including Renovation and IPAR projects) and marketing activities. Through exceptional cross-functional collaboration and meticulous project management, the specialist will drive the seamless integration of launch strategies with sales channels, ultimately accelerating business growth.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead Rice Cracker brand communication and in-store/EC activation
- Co-create and flawlessly execute channel-specific activation plans that directly connect marketing campaigns to shelf presence and drive sell-out growth.
- Assist line manage in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver activation on time
- Take full ownership of product renovation and IPAR projects, managing the entire process
- Monitor campaign performance and market data, and mortify based on learnings
- Assist line manager to conduct business analysis to generate actionable insights for your line manager, supporting strategic planning and business review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 3+ years FMCG marketing-related experiences
- Good communication skills, fluent English, both written & spoken
- Strong project management capability
- Good analytical skills
- Result-driven mindset
- High integrity, can-do attitude, and willingness to learn
