Overview
The mission of this position is to help our consumers to have better gut health and a quality life through nourishment. The vision is building Quaker as leading business in basic-gut-health needs-oriented breakfast for core cohorts, with superior product lines and iconic brand.
The product line coves IO (instant oat)/QCO (quick cooking oats)/ OFR (oats for rice)/IOF (instant oat functional)/CPD (cereal powder drink)/Premium CPD/Functional nutrition platform.
Responsibilities
- Business plan development and deployment according to AOP, to deliver business growth target
- Accountable for innovation projects of Quaker basic hot platform, to support market share growth and NR/NOPBT delivery.
- Lead portfolio solution for top priority emerging customers, e.g. Club format, premium supers, etc.
- Lead annual gifting plan for both online and offline
- Lead marketing campaigns when it’s required according to the hot base platform product line business needs, and support channel activities and T2T in perspective of mkt
- Identify solutions and make recommendations to improve effectiveness based on business performance monitoring.
- Continuously optimize portfolio mix, including proposition, product, package, price, place, and promotion, with sophisticated analysis of competitive lens.
Qualifications
- Bachelor and above, at least 5 years working experience in marketing
- Experience in FMCG multi-national companies, passion in food and beverage category
- Trackable records in NPD projects, be familiar with NPD process and logic, and has ability to leverage market insight to craft new product
- Strong analytical skills with process-oriented mentality
- Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Good business acumen and good beauty sense
