Report to Head of Sales, MAHLE Trading Japan
Tasks
- Price Management- Price management for selling price calculation, set up pricing in SAP system and reporting with KPIs regularly- Competitor price research and analysis- Create annual commercial policy for domestic and overseas customers- Spare parts number update with 3rd party catalogue provider (e.g. Broadleaf)
- Promotion and Communication- Lead all visuals, POS materials (e.g. brochures, flyers for distributors and workshops) creation management - Organize external and internal events and PR activities, e.g. Auto Service Show in Tokyo- Plan and implement customer activity such as authorized distributors meeting and learning trip- Manage the Marketing budget and cost tracking to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
Education and experience level
- University bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing in Automotive / Construction industry is mandatory
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, presentation skill
- Strategic oriented mind-set
- Experience in aftermarket industry is a plus
Language skills
Mother-tongue level in Japanese and business level English language skills are mandatory
