Associate Manager (OOH Media)
Company Description
In today’s evolving media landscape, Out-of-Home (OOH) remains a critical channel for high-impact, upper-funnel engagement. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate Manager to lead OOH planning, buying, and end-to-end campaign delivery across APEC markets (excluding China).
This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational rigour, and commercial acumen to deliver effective, scalable OOH solutions for a global hospitality brand. You will work across regional and local teams to ensure campaigns are executed with precision, consistency, and measurable impact.
Reporting to the Associate Director, the Associate Manager will own the planning, buying, and project management of OOH campaigns across APEC, ensuring seamless delivery from brief through to post-campaign evaluation.
Acting as the key bridge between strategy and activation, you will translate regional briefs into executable OOH plans, drive vendor engagement, and manage cross-market implementation with a high level of accountability.

Qualifications
3-6 years OOH experience, APAC preferred
Experience managing regional or multi-market campaigns across APAC
Proven track record in campaign management and vendor coordination
Hospitality or travel category experience is advantageous
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Strong understanding of OOH media landscape, formats, and measurement approaches
Demonstrated buying and negotiation experience with OOH media owners
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously
Detail-oriented with strong executional rigour and follow-through
Confident communicator, able to work effectively with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex briefs
