Senior Content Strategist (Conversational Design & Writing)

We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist to shape AI-powered and
human-centered experiences across digital products.

You’ll define how systems
communicate by designing intelligent, responsive interactions that feel natural,
clear, and useful.

In this role, you’ll bring expertise in conversational design, crafting dialogue
for chatbots and AI assistants that builds trust and clarity.

You’ll extend that
thinking across product experiences by guiding UX writing, voice and tone, and
scalable content systems.

Ultimately, you’ll help design not just what products say, but how they think,
respond, and connect with users.

This role is centered on product and UX content strategy.

While adjacent,
experience in social media, marketing, PR, or traditional copywriting is not the
focus of the work our clients partner with us to solve.
