Senior Content Manager

The purpose of this role is to be senior lead on the delivery of all creative and content requirements and creating the client strategies with the Director. Coaching junior team members in how to develop integrated content solutions across all mediums.

Job Description:

What your typical day will look like:

  • Support the director on the day to day execution of article production, working collaboratively to provide best in class client service
  • Develops robust content planning and delivery processes
  • Develops, manages and evolves a process for commissioning content from external and internal content providers
  • Oversees implementations of campaigns from brief to final reporting phase including driving, defining and feedback on quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, content quality and collaboration
  • Produce long form articles in line with content production plans of your clients and the internal teams supporting the delivery of campaigns and any post content reporting
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for content work to be performed for clients, with guidance from seniors and directors
  • Work closely with Director to collaborate on strategic insights, visions, team development and promoting an innovative, inclusive culture within the content and SEO team.

A bit about you:

  • Previous experience in creative writing, particularly in long form blog writing with exposure to social and digital channels, ideally including SEO
  • Strong experience in copy writing and written communications, with a key focus on long form content
  • A solid understanding of different content channels, as well as the categories in which your client portfolio will land
  • Previous experience within a team leadership role, managing team workflows, developing talent and providing constructive and progressive coaching
