This is a perfect role for a Senior Client Director who thrives on business development, has exceptional client service skills, is looking to grow an agency, manage an exciting portfolio of clients and enjoys working in a multi-agency environment.


We are looking for a strategic thinker who loves crafting integrated PR campaigns anchored in robust insights that are brought to life across media relations, social media, influencer marketing and events that drive exceptional results.


We want someone who wants to take that next step in their career and is looking for a role offering strong growth potential and team leadership working alongside the CEO and GM.


Clients would include Mirvac, Brookfield, DAAF, Unilever, Banjo and other shared clients through our One Amplify model working collaboratively with the Melbourne and Sydney teams.



  • Provide strategic counsel to high profile clients around earned and owned media
  • Develop innovative campaign strategies for our clients and oversee their delivery
  • Contribute to new business and client growth to help drive the financial performance of the division
  • Think creatively about how to get results
  • Manage the strategic implementation for a portfolio of clients, efficiently and within budget
  • Lead and oversee a team to implement client strategies, ensuring delivery remains on track
  • Partner with clients to understand their feedback and measure results against their expectations
  • Foster team growth and mentor junior members into solid practitioners


Skills Required

  • A minimum of 8 years’ PR experience, with time spent in an agency environment
  • Excellent understanding of earned and owned media channels and the ability to craft strategies that deliver strong results
  • Brings creativity and smart thinking to take client campaigns to the next level
  • Works quickly and manages deadlines without any issues
  • Can inspire, motivate and collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Can write pitch winning new business presentations
