Research Fellow (VR / Digital Engagement Development)
Job Requirements:
PhD in CS, Interactive Media, Human–Computer Interaction, or related. Unity or Unreal Engine for VR development; Web development (JavaScript/React, HTML/CSS) with D3.js or Plotly.js; Cloud backend (Firebase/Firestore) experience; Experience with gamification design and user experience (UX) principles; Experience with user testing and iterative design; Portfolio of VR/interactive projects preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead VR-based SLR scenario development for public engagement experiments (Module C);
- Build gamification modules and a digital engagement platform for the 6×4 factorial study;
- Provide front-end/UX support for the Module D simulation interface.
- Develop workshop and training materials for agency handover of digital engagement tools.
- Contribution to project reports, conference presentations, and top-tier journal publications.
