Product Marketing Executive

Role Purpose

Support Data Centre Product Team through cross-team coordination and sales enablement for data centre services, including occasional Mainland China travel (Fluent Mandarin required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between Data Centre Product Team, engineering, order management, customer service and sales teams
  • Monitor market trends and contribute ideas for improving service propositions and customer engagement
  • Assist senior staff with proposal coordination, gathering inputs from multiple departments
  • Support team in preparing sales materials (presentations, proposals)
  • Track opportunities and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, data analysis and process automation

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering or related disciplines
  • Fresh graduates considered with strong calibre; or 2–3 years B2B coordination/sales support experience
  • Fluent Mandarin + excellent English/Cantonese communication
  • Experience using AI tools for work efficiency
  • Strong coordination skills across multiple departments
  • Detail-oriented, good at managing deadlines
  • Telecom/data centre experience preferred
