Planning Executive

SPEED is a fast growing and dynamic independent agency. We are looking for an omni channel planner with a great attitude and a hunger for knowledge, and who is ready for the next step in their career. As Planning Executive, you will be responsible for the implementation and management of campaigns, reporting, and day to day client servicing for a portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Planning team to Implement and manage campaigns and produce insightful reporting
  • Maintain accuracy of the media plan, budget trackers and invoicing
  • Responsible for project management across campaigns to ensure efficient workflow and task delivery
  • Responsible for building strong relations with Clients through planning and management
  • Building strong relationships with our Media Partners 

A bit about you:

  • An omni channel planner with strong online experience is preferable. This includes TV, Out of Home, Radio, Podcasting, Display, Print, Content curation, BVOD, Social, OLV
  • An understanding of Performance media is ideal
  • Experience with competitive reporting and Asteroid is preferable 
  • Experience and accuracy with MI / Spec sheets, and digital implementation  
  • Knowledge of the media landscape  
  • Experience using planning and research tools such as Roy Morgan, AQX Competitive, GWI for example. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required
