About Us: We are the peak body representing media owners in the Outdoor Media industry, dedicated to advancing and promoting this broadcast media channel. Our members include Ooh Media, JCDeceaux, QMS Media, Val Morgan Outdoor, Bishopp Outdoor, Goa Outdoor and Torch Media.

It is the Outdoor Media Association’s (OMA) mission to support sustained industry growth and highlight industry contribution to the economy and community. We do this by being the key resource for showcasing the best of Outdoor Media, providing fact-based information about Outdoor Media effectiveness, and supporting our stakeholders in key strategic areas, with a particular focus on effective self-regulation.

As we embark on an exciting phase with the launch of MOVE2, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead to drive our marketing initiatives, foster collaboration, and elevate our industry's presence.

Core Functions:

  • Provide thought leadership and insights to elevate the outdoor media industry in front of other channels.
  • Increase market share through strategic marketing activities targeting core audiences.
  • In line with the MOVE2 launch, elevate the industry to capitalise on the impact and adoption of MOVE2 and continue the momentum of outdoor media industry growth.

Qualifications/experience:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Lead/Director in a complex industry, with experience in Media, FMCG and/or agency highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, stakeholder management and team development.
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
