What you'll do

As a key member of the Category & Marketing Integration Team and reporting into the Senior Marketing Integration Manager, you will be responsible for maximising campaign media solutions and retail sales opportunities by integrating Client Partner brands into the Woolworths customer event calendar with a Customer 1st lens.

To achieve this, you will develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the Woolworths Group and provide the thought leadership required to proactively build and maintain a solid sales pipeline for the Cartology Client Partnerships Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic alignment of the Cartology Plan to maximise integrated campaign and revenue opportunities.
  • Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across the Woolworths Group to create a strong, proactive sales pipeline.
  • Develop insight-led media recommendations and proposals that deliver unique client value and maximise investment effectiveness.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, including Go-To-Market planning, execution across channels and post-campaign reporting.
  • Present major campaign strategies with confidence to senior internal and external audiences.
  • Own commercial outcomes, ensuring financial, sales and performance KPIs are achieved while improving cross-functional ways of working.

What you'll bring

  • End-to-end campaign strategy expertise across the full marketing channel mix, grounded in FMCG / shopper marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of shopper behaviour and path to purchase, using insights and post-campaign analysis to optimise performance.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including senior leadership and client communities.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering results.
  • Confident presenter and relationship builder, able to communicate effectively across all organisational levels.
  • Proven ability to lead, prioritise and navigate complexity, managing multiple projects while solving challenges and driving business growth.
