Marketing Engagement Manager

The Marketing Engagement Manager supports both BTIS marketing and the launch of Framewerk, our new contractors association. This role manages social media activity, member and audience engagement, marketing execution, vendor coordination, and project support across multiple workstreams. You’ll help build and maintain the member experience, support marketing campaigns, assist with content and design needs, and manage timelines and deliverables. This is a hybrid role that blends social media, marketing engagement, and operational support to keep both BTIS and Framewerk moving forward.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong professional graphic design experience (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to create polished, on-brand digital and print assets
  • Experience with social media management and digital engagement
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Project management experience with the ability to track deadlines, deliverables, and multi-team workstreams
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
