Job Overview

We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing & Communications team in our Caringbah head office. Reporting to the Senior Marketing, Communications & Training Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing website content, social media, campaigns, sales enablement, and digital content development, ensuring consistent delivery across all three brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate, maintain and manage product information and assets across PIM, website, and marketing platforms
  • Maintain and update website content across all three brands, including product information, assets, promotional content, news articles and brochures, with SEO top-of-mind
  • Develop and manage social media content across Watts, AVG and Enware, including planning, publishing, monitoring and optimising engagement
  • Support the development and delivery of customer communications including brochures, flyers, presentations, invitations, eDMs and sales collateral
  • Support frontline sales teams with marketing material, customer engagement initiatives, and leveraging industry memberships and associations
  • Coordinate and support new product launches, campaigns, trade shows, events and partnerships across all three brands
  • Assist in the development of additional digital content including case studies, articles and other website content to support brand and demand generation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing activities
  • Undertake data collection, analysis and reporting to support marketing performance and continuous improvement
  • Research and share competitor and market activity to support business positioning
  • Copywriting for internal, trade and customer communications
  • Other tasks and responsibilities within the scope of the role

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to demonstrate the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
  • Prior experience in a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator role, ideally B2B
  • Experience supporting digital platforms including CMS, social media, eDM and reporting tools
  • Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including copywriting
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented approach
  • Experience with PIM systems and website content management (desirable)

Additional Information

This position would suit an individual who is an emerging Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator who is familiar with MailChimp, Shopify, and Google Ads (desirable). In return you will be provided with:
