Marketing & Business Communication Executive

Job Objective

Finnomena is seeking a passionate, execution-driven, and creative Marketing & Business Communication Executive with strong event coordination skills.
You will support brand strategies, execute marketing communications, and lead event-related activities to strengthen brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research
    Collect and analyze customer insights, user behavior, and platform data to shape communication direction.
    Conduct competitive reviews and propose new ideas for communication and event experience improvement.
  • Brand Communication
    Assist in developing marketing materials such as social media content, videos, live content scripts, in-app messages, and event communication tools.
    Ensure brand CI and tone are aligned across campaigns and at physical events.
    Ability to be on camera is a plus (tutorials, live hosting, or event coverage).
  • Event & Experiential Marketing (Highlighted)
    Plan, coordinate, and execute Finnomena events including seminars, workshops, press activities, campaigns, and client engagement events.
    Handle end-to-end event functions including invitation flows, registration tracking, run-down management, on-site operations, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
    Work with internal and external stakeholders, speakers, and partners to ensure impactful customer experiences.
    Support live production and post-event content for recap/PR across channels.
  • Advertising & Promotion
    Support multi-channel campaigns (FB, YT, TikTok, PR, email, app notifications, landing pages).
    Collaborate with planners, production teams, creatives, and performance teams to produce compelling communications.
    Ensure campaign and event communications launch on time, with quality and consistent messaging.
  • Collaboration
    Work closely with creative, content, production, strategy, data, and fund BD teams to ensure aligned messaging.
    Demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to detail, event ownership, time management, and problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event or Business fields.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in startups, agencies, or roles involving event coordination.
  • Solid knowledge of brand development, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to create compelling storytelling and event narratives.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing, CMS).
  • Experience working with market research and data analytics is a plus.
  • Creative, solutions-oriented, organized, and resourceful in managing events and projects.
  • A collaborative team player with adaptability, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in PR, Event Activation, or Project Management.
  • Positive peer feedback with recognition for adaptability and teamwork.
  • Startup mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
