As a Knowledge Content Manager Associate

in our Commercial & Investment Bank team, you will manage and enhance our content database to support global sales initiatives. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure our materials are accurate, consistent, and impactful. Together, we create resources that empower our teams and drive business growth. Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance client-facing content for proposals, pitchbooks, and related documents.
  • Develop internal and external materials, including case studies and product overviews, in partnership with global teams.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to update and improve the content database.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure content reflects current business, regulatory, and market changes.
  • Build dynamic data visualization dashboards using Tableau to support sales strategies.
  • Source and manage J.P. Morgan statistics for sales documents and client inquiries.
  • Manage the client feedback program in collaboration with sales and third-party consultants.
  • Prepare competitor analysis to inform sales initiatives.
  • Perform vendor administration, including user access management and training.
  • Liaise with vendor support to resolve issues efficiently.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services, content/database management, pre-sales, business development, or marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong command of American and British English and AP style.
  • Confidence and professionalism to partner with all levels of management globally.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach to projects.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or business.
  • Understanding of securities services industry and products.
  • Self-starter with sound judgment and ability to work independently.
  • Experience building data visualization dashboards with Tableau.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as large language models, to enhance content and data management.
