What you will do
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the APAC Regional Marketing team across multiple iconic brands. You will gain hands-on experience in brand building, including campaign development, asset localization, cross-market coordination, and innovation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations & Execution Support
Support the adaptation and localization of global marketing toolkits into APAC markets (e.g., visuals, packaging, digital assets). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Regulatory, R&D, Agencies) to manage asset development and approval processes. Assist in ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets across markets. - Campaign & Communication Support
Provide support in executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, eCommerce, and influencer activations. Assist in asset transcreation, content development, and approval workflows. Support campaign performance tracking and post-launch analysis. - Innovation & Project Management Support
Support innovation pipelines and product launches, including packaging development, artwork review, and commercialization readiness. Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with regional and local market teams. Assist in preparing project documents such as charters, presentations, and business cases. - Stakeholder & Market Coordination
Act as a liaison between regional teams, local markets, and external agencies. Support communication and alignment on project deliverables and timelines. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across APAC markets. - Consumer & Market Insights
Assist in consumer research initiatives, including testing and insight gathering. Support analysis of campaign performance, media effectiveness, and market trends. Contribute to building actionable insights to inform marketing strategies. - Digital, Influencer & Content Development
Support development of influencer and digital engagement strategies. Assist in creating and optimizing digital content for campaigns and eCommerce platforms. Explore new content formats and community engagement approaches. - Toolkit & Asset Development
Support development and rollout of marketing to Currently pursuing a Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Must be able to commit for 6 months (5 full working days per week). Strong organizational and project management skills. Ensure consistency and quality across brand assets and communications. Partner with teams to build scalable resources for markets.
