Intern, Digitalization and AI Support (007335)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the automation of manual processes through digital tools and data-driven solutions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to solve business challenges through digitalization or artificial intelligence applications.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare clear and structured data visualizations, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, sales, supply chain, and corporate functions, to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Key Deliverables and Expected Outcomes

• Improved efficiency through automation of selected manual processes.
• Effective support for digitalization projects across multiple functions.
• Reliable and user-friendly dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equvalent.
• Programming skills in Python, SQL, or similar tools for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
• Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Power Automate or other automation tools.
• Interest in applying digital or AI solutions to business challenges.
• Initiative and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Adaptability and learning agility.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Clear and professional communication.

Duration: 6–12 months
Working Time: Minimum 3 days per week
