Exciting Career Opportunity in Tokyo: Operations Coordinator (Travel Agency)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Vendor and hotels communication and build strong relationships with vendors.
  • Monitor vendor quality (hotel, coach, restaurants)
  • Prepare and provide tour packets
  • Manage hotel and vendor bookings and rooming lists
  • Assist with resolution of operations/customer issues.
  • Communicate with Flight Team on International & Domestic flight issues
  • Other different jobs based on request of Operations Manager
  • Support to logistics of Hiring, Mini training and Annual TLLG Training
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Identify alternative vendors – restaurants, boat or opportunities for savings or to compensate program hits.
  • Make product recommendation on COG

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven and effective travel industry experience (Minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem solving skills
  • Conversational level English and Fluency Japanese (both written and verbal)
  • Able to prioritize key actions to achieve goals and is a self-starter with high accuracy
  • Proficient in Excel, Word
  • Operations coordinating background would be a plus
