Exciting Career Opportunity in Tokyo: Operations Coordinator (Travel Agency)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Vendor and hotels communication and build strong relationships with vendors.
- Monitor vendor quality (hotel, coach, restaurants)
- Prepare and provide tour packets
- Manage hotel and vendor bookings and rooming lists
- Assist with resolution of operations/customer issues.
- Communicate with Flight Team on International & Domestic flight issues
- Other different jobs based on request of Operations Manager
- Support to logistics of Hiring, Mini training and Annual TLLG Training
- Maintain supply inventory
- Identify alternative vendors – restaurants, boat or opportunities for savings or to compensate program hits.
- Make product recommendation on COG
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven and effective travel industry experience (Minimum 2 years)
- Excellent interpersonal / communication and problem solving skills
- Conversational level English and Fluency Japanese (both written and verbal)
- Able to prioritize key actions to achieve goals and is a self-starter with high accuracy
- Proficient in Excel, Word
- Operations coordinating background would be a plus
