E-commerce Store Manager
About the Role
This is a unique, high-level compliance and oversight role with low engagement, not a traditional operations or marketing position. The position requires a minimal time commitment, estimated at fewer than 20 hours for the entire year, but demands a high degree of professionalism and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the officially designated manager for a single e-commerce store.
- Attend all required virtual meetings with platform representatives (e.g., Amazon) or internal teams as scheduled.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of Amazon store policies, terms of service, and compliance requirements.
- Be available for consultation on matters of policy interpretation and compliance strategy.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a Hong Kong-based professional.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and a deep familiarity with Amazon's operational policies, A-to-z Guarantee, and performance metrics.
- Verifiable professional experience in e-commerce, legal, compliance, or business management.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Absolute reliability and punctuality for scheduled meetings.
- This role is limited to one store per individual. You may not hold a similar position for any other store while engaged with us.
补偿
We offer a minimum annual compensation of $3,600 up to $8000 based on exact position, paid quarterly for a time commitment that is not expected to exceed 20 hours per year.
