About the role:
OLIVER is on a mission to become the #1 generative AI marketing agency in APAC, and we need a world-class leader to make it happen. Over the past year, our clients have dramatically shifted from requesting traditional staffing models to demanding sophisticated, AI-powered marketing transformation.
This is where you come in. As our Director of Marketing Technology & Gen-AI Solutions, you'll be the strategic architect who transforms how we consult, design, and deliver for clients. You will be a trusted advisor to senior marketing executives—auditing tech stacks, mapping AI opportunities, and steering the adoption of transformative technologies that deliver ROI across creative, media, and strategy operations for clients.

Measures of success:
- Achieve an AI/Martech client adoption rate of at least XX% across priority accounts within the first 12 months.
- Drive a minimum of $XX incremental revenue from AI/Martech solutions, either through new client acquisition or service expansion within existing accounts.
- Launch and scale at least XX client innovation pilots or proofs-of-concept in Gen-AI/Martech that progress to full client adoption within 12 months.
- Deliver a minimum of XX AI-powered or Martech transformation projects for clients in year one, with at least XX% completed on time and within agreed scope.
- Attain an aggregate Net Promoter Score (NPS) of above XX and a Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score of above XX on all AI/Martech consulting engagements.
What you need to be great in this role:
- 12+ years in client-facing roles within digital marketing, marketing technology, or AI innovation (agency, consultancy, or SaaS vendor backgrounds strongly preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience leading Generative AI transformation initiatives - not just talking about AI but deploying it in real marketing operations.
- Deep technical fluency with modern MarTech platforms and ecosystems.
- Proven ability to advise senior marketing and business leaders (VP-level and above) on technology-driven transformation.
- Experience working in APAC markets.
- MarTech Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, HubSpot, Google Marketing Platform, or similar enterprise marketing automation tools.
- Gen-AI Tools: OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI, Midjourney, or other LLM/multimodal AI platforms applied to marketing use cases.
- Integration & Automation: Zapier, Make (Integromat), MuleSoft, or API-based workflow automation tools.
- You're currently a Head of MarTech, AI Capability Director, or Technology Strategy Lead at a Tier-1 agency.
- You're a Solutions Architect, Strategic Consultant, or Customer Success Director at a leading MarTech or AI platform vendor.
- Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
