What would you do?

  • Experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing, legal compliance, or contract management.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with legal contracts and influencer marketing regulations.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of intellectual property, contract law, and data privacy regulations.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deliverables.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address issues or delays related to influencer contracts, legal compliance, or deliverables.

In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems.
  • Campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management.
  • Improving marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

  • Influencer Onboarding: Oversee the influencer onboarding process, ensuring influencers receive and understand campaign briefs, guidelines, and terms and conditions (T&Cs).
  • Contract & Usage Rights Management: Draft, manage, and review influencer contracts, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and brand requirements.
  • Legal & Compliance Checks: Work with legal teams to ensure content complies with regulations, including disclosures (e.g., #Ad) and advertising standards.
  • Documentation & NDAs: Manage necessary documentation, including NDAs and contracts, to ensure confidentiality and protect the brand.
  • Data Privacy Compliance: Ensure influencer data is handled in compliance with privacy laws.
  • Deliverables Tracking: Monitor influencer deliverables, ensuring they meet timelines.

  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems.
