Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
Circles is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies across SEO and paid media channels. This role plays a critical part in scaling Gross Adds (GAs), improving conversion rates, and optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) through continuous experimentation and performance optimization. You will lead integrated marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams across SEO, content, product, and media to deliver impactful campaigns. Leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and performance dashboards, you will uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and refine marketing funnels to maximize efficiency and ROI.

Who You Are
7+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in telecommunications, e-commerce, or tech startups. Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4, and digital analytics tools. Ability to interpret data, uncover trends, and make strategic recommendations. Able to balance high-level growth strategies with hands-on execution. Excels in cross-functional teamwork, thrives in a fast-paced startup culture. Passionate about optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive measurable business impact. Knowledge of emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends to maintain a competitive edge.
